POLICIES

Please review the following basic online purchase policies.

 

Order Processing 

  • Each order is made individually to ensure we provide our customers with the highest expectations. Please allow 2 to 6 business days for orders to ship. Processing time does not account for weekends or holidays. 
     

Missing or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages when tracking number shows delivered. You may open a claim with USPS, but we are not responsible once USPS scans the package delivered at the address the customer provided. You may file a Claim with USPS at: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

 

Incorrect Shipping address 

  • We are not responsible for any packages, if the wrong address was inputted at checkout. We ship your package to the address you enter. If the address is wrong, and the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address we are not responsible. Please make sure to put your correct address to avoid any delay in receiving your Dalia's Dulces.

  • If your package gets sent back to us we are not responsible. We do not offer no refund on any orders.

 

Returns

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. Please note, Dalia's Dulces reserves the right to refuse all returns.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order 12 hours after placing your order to receive a full refund. We cannot cancel orders once your order is being process.

 

"Hot Weather Warning"

*Due to potential melting of Gummy, Chocolate or others products during warmer months of shipping, these products will be shipped at the buyer’s risk. Dalia's Dulces will not be held responsible for any melting of these products that may occur during shipping. Unfortunately, mail trucks are not air conditioned.
